Rediscovering yourself through motherhood gathering

A group of women sitting on pink yoga mats in a circle, participating in a workshop or discussion, with papers, pens, and yarn scattered around.

Motherhood changes everything — not just your routines, but your sense of self. In the midst of caring for others, many women find themselves wondering Who am I now? This gentle and supportive gathering is an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the woman beneath the many roles motherhood can bring.

Together, we will explore the emotional, physical, and identity shifts that can happen through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting and understand how society and its myths shapes us. Through guided discussion, reflection, and shared experiences, this space is designed to help mothers feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate the evolving journey of motherhood.

This circle is not about “finding your old self” — it is about honoring who you are becoming.

Hosted in collaboration with Kate O’Brien from Mammaries_bf , this experiential event offers a compassionate environment for connection, self-discovery, and healing.

You may explore:

  • Identity changes in motherhood

  • The mental and emotional load of parenting

  • Birth experiences and their lasting impact

  • Self-compassion and reconnecting with yourself

  • Sharing stories in a safe, supportive space

  • Tools for reflection, grounding, and emotional wellbeing

Whether you are newly postpartum or years into motherhood, you are warmly welcome exactly as you are.

Keep an eye out for newly released dates and upcoming workshops.
